We accept photo submissions with the understanding that you have acquired permission for their use from any recognizable person in the photograph.
Submission of images guarantees that you are the rightful owner and copyright holder of the image, or are the authorized representative of the actual owner and copyright holder and are acting on their behalf. Neither The Broadway League Inc. (hereafter "The League"), nor any of its partners or affiliates are liable nor responsible for any copyright infringement for any images received, nor displayed. By submitting images, you agree to grant The League, its partners, and affiliates the right to portray, display or publish the images on its website(s) or in publications without entitlement to financial compensation of any kind. The League reserves the right to alter any image submitted, either in size or dimensions. The League retains the right, at its sole discretion, to reject images submitted for any reason and without cause or explanation.
